2 Weeks Before Booking:

  • Booking can be canceled without cancellation fees.
  • Only website fees will be applied.

1 Week Before Booking:

  • Guests can reschedule for any other available date without extra charge.
  • If they prefer a refund, they will receive 85% back (15% cancellation/penalty fee).

Between 1 Week and 2 Days Before Booking:

  • Guests can reschedule for any other available date, but only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation tee is 50% of their booking value.

Under 48 Hours Before Booking:

  • Refund or reschedule cannot be processed.
