If you are a UAE resident, you can drive the camper van with your valid driving license. If you are a visitor, you can drive the camper van as long as you have an international driving licence. Residents of GCC countries can drive the camper van in the UAE with their driving licence issued by the country they reside in.

Comprehensive insurance with 2 passengers covered included with booking
You will present your valid ID/Passport and driving documents upon pickup. We will conduct a joint vehicle inspection, and your refundable security deposit (AED 2,000 or AED 5,000) must be paid/authorized prior to key handover.
No. At the end of your booking period, our driver will come to you at your convenient location to collect the van in Dubai delivery point.
Please return the car with same level of fuel.
The Dodge Ram 4×4 handles off-road terrain and firm desert sand but isn’t suitable for deep dunes or soft sand.
Mercedes 416 & 516 are not allowed in the desert – they’re best for paved roads and hard-packed surfaces.
If an accident, collision, or breakdown occurs:
- Stop driving immediately if it is unsafe.
- Contact WAY OUT support right away.
- Call UAE Police (999) and obtain an official Police Report. Without a valid police report, insurance claims will be rejected, and you will be held 100% liable for all damages.
You are 100% responsible for all traffic violations, speed fines, parking tickets, and Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental. If the vehicle is impounded due to your actions, you must cover all police release fees, legal costs, plus the standard daily rental rate for every day the van remains impounded.
No, WAY OUT is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle during or after the rental period.
Pickup and return times are specified in your agreement.
Up to 1 hour late: AED 500 late return fee applies.
More than 3 hours late: You will be charged an additional full daily rental rate plus applicable late fees.
Yes, but extensions must be requested in advance and approved by WAY OUT in writing, subject to vehicle availability.

We give you a van already with a certain amount of fuel, when returning, the amount of fuel must be at the same level or above
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time, failure to show up (“no-show”), or returning the van earlier than scheduled will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount (no refunds). Date/time changes depend on availability and require written approval.
